We start with what is working well, and build on that, rather than focusing on what is wrong.
Acupuncture is the ancient healing art of creating balance and harmony in your body, mind and spirit. All health is generated from balance and wellbeing. You are designed to heal.
When you cut yourself, your body immediately sends white blood cells to the site to begin the healing process. When you are exposed to infectious substances, your body immediately begins to create antibodies to fight that infection. Acupuncture is designed to help your body do what it already knows how to do.
If you aren't healing from something it simply means there is a block or imbalance. When put back in balance or when the block is removed your body will do what it is designed to do.
